This policy explains the payment methods accepted at Elvara, the currency we charge in, and how payment security and refunds work. All payments are made online at checkout. Please read it together with our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept PayPal only at checkout.

If PayPal is not shown at your checkout, please contact us at support@elvara.online before placing your order.

3. Cash on Delivery

  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • All orders must be paid in full online at the time of checkout. Orders cannot be completed without successful online payment.

4. Currency

  • All prices on our store and all charges at checkout are in United States Dollars (USD).

     

  • If you pay through PayPal using funds in another currency, PayPal may apply its own currency conversion. Any conversion charges are set by PayPal and are outside our control.

5. Taxes and Charges

  • We do not charge any additional taxes or GST on your order.
  • Shipping is FREE on all orders delivered within the United States, and we do not charge any additional delivery charges on your order.
  • The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.

6. Payment Security

  • All transactions on our checkout are secure and encrypted.

     

  • Payments are processed through PayPal, our secure checkout provider. We do not see or store your payment details.

  • If you are ever asked for payment outside our official checkout page, please do not pay and contact us at support@elvara.online immediately.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed.

     

  • Please check your PayPal account and available balance and try again.

  • If the problem continues, please contact us at support@elvara.online with your order details (without sharing your full card number).

8. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

     

  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your PayPal account depends on PayPal and is outside our control.
